for duties performed within the residency program.
Medical
Library - full time librarian and on-line resources.
Meals
- no charge while on duty (value $2,000-$3,000 annually).
Parking
- no charge while on duty.
Uniforms
- provided annually, including laundry.
Vacation
- two weeks annually with pay. Additional week
off with pay during Christmas/New Year holidays.
Professional/Educational Leave - up to five
working days annually with pay for residents at PG-2
level and above.
Medical
Leave - up to two weeks paid leave annually.
Relocation/Education
Allowance - $1,000 supplementary taxable income
for each entering PG-1 resident.
USMLE
Step 3 Allowance - for PG-1 residents - up
to $600 will be paid for successful passage while an
active resident at PMCC.
Educational
Allowance - for residents at PG-2 level and
above - $1,500 annually.
Other
Amenities - Computer & internet access,
state-of-the-art fitness center on campus, lounge and
game room for use by residents.
